- Get the app: Download only from our official website or verified Google Play/App Store link on our site. Avoid third-party sources to prevent scams.
- Sign up: Tap Create Account
- Set credentials: Enter your email, create a strong password (12+ characters; letters, numbers, symbols).
- Referral (optional): Enter a referral code/link now—can’t be added later.
- Verify: Complete the email link / SMS OTP. (If it doesn’t arrive, see Troubleshooting: “I didn’t receive a verification email/OTP”.)
- Accept terms: Confirm you’re 18+ and not in a restricted region; agree to Terms & Privacy.
- Secure it: Turn on 2FA in Profile → Security → Two‑Factor Auth.
- (If enabled) Set a Withdrawal Password in Security → Withdraw Password. *Withdrawals not happen without setting the “Withdrawal Password”.
- Business accounts: After creating your account, go to Profile → Institutional Verification. Fill in the basic details to start. Once submitted, our team will review and reach out via email for next steps.
